Soma Sekhar Korarmatla
Founder, CTO & COO
Soma leads Oryxion’s technology and operations with a mission to redefine how clinical trials are executed. With more than a decade of experience in statistical programming, data standards, and clinical analytics, he combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision.
He holds a B.Tech in Bioinformatics from Sathyabama University and began his career at IQVIA before joining Veranex, where he rose to Associate Manager. In previous company he led global programming teams, improved first-time accuracy to 98%, and enhanced team output quality by 30%.
At Oryxion, Soma has already delivered:

His technical skills include CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM, Define.XML), regulatory deliverables (Define.pdf, cSDRG, ADRG), and tools like SAS, Pinnacle 21, and SAS XML Mapper. Soma has presented at leading forums such as PHUSE and IASCT and is known for fostering a collaborative culture of accountability and innovation.
He also leads Oryxion’s data standards and IT functions, pushing forward initiatives in automation, compliance, and global data security. His goal: to move the industry beyond rigid systems—toward faster, smarter submissions and better clinical outcomes.
